Over the past few weeks, we’ve been recreating some of our favorite takeout-style meals at home — but with simple plant-based ingredients, less oil, less mystery, and a whole lot more flavor.

The goal of this workshop was never to make “perfect” restaurant copies.

It was to prove that you really can make easy, satisfying comfort food at home without spending a fortune, without fancy equipment, and without needing a culinary degree.
